I did end up getting my refund, so no big issue there. The return process just felt kind of slow to me, though I’m not totally sure if that’s normal or if it was just my order. Overall it worked out, but I was hoping it would move a little faster.

I’ve used centurymedia.store a few times now, and overall it’s been kinda easy to get around. The pages loaded fine for me and checkout was simple, which I appreciated. The search could be kinda better though, since I had to click around a bit sometimes to find what I was looking for. Not bad at all, just a few small things that could be smoother.

My preorder showed up without any issues, which was a nice surprise. The process was smooth, the delivery came through just fine, and I didn’t have to chase anything down. With how ridiculous some preorders can be, I really appreciated how simple this one was.

My order showed up and most of it was exactly what I ordered, but one item was the wrong version. Not the end of the world, but definitely a little annoying since I had to reach out to support to get it sorted. Shipping was fine though, and everything else looked good. I’d probably order again, but I do wish they’d double-check stuff better before sending it out :)

I was trying to grab a couple of records from centurymedia.store, but a bunch of the ones I wanted suddenly showed as out of stock or unavailable once I got to checkout. Compared to other record shops I’ve ordered from, this felt way more frustrating because the site made it seem like the items were actually available. The selection is decent, but the inventory really doesn’t seem to be kept up to date.

The box arrived a little dented, but thankfully the item inside was still fine. I do think it could use better padding for shipping next time, just to keep things more protected.

The whole thing felt smooth. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and nothing really gave me a reason to complain...

Did anyone else have this happen? My vinyl arrived with bent corners on the sleeve and a few scuffs on the record itself. It didn’t seem like it was packed well enough for shipping. For the price, I was expecting it to show up clean and protected. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order again.

Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but once I looked at the total, it still felt fair for what I was getting. When the merch arrived, it seemed solid overall, though I’ll probably see how it holds up after a few wears before fully judging it.
